Be TRANSFORMATIONAL,
By sharpening our DETERMINATION,
And strengthening our FOCUS,
While we embrace the power of TRANSPARENCY.

And when those inevitable challenges arise, we can find the joy and laughter, stay grounded with grace, take a deep breath, and say... NEVERTHELESS.

For me, one word doesn’t just describe the year ahead; It gives us direction, and when activated with intention, it can create HOPE.

Here’s to all of us creating resolutions, establishing goals, and most importantly, implementing our One Word(s) with purpose, consistency, and action, so we have a healthy and clear compass for growth and impact in 2026 and beyond.
