Level Up U:

Leveling Up Character Education

LEVEL UP U is a one-semester elective program that allows middle school students to build their communication, confidence, and creativity through fun and engaging curriculum. In this program, students will:

Improve self-awareness while learning how to make a positive impact on others.
Develop leadership skills to honor others through confident words and actions.
Strengthen non-verbal communication by improving eye contact and body language.
Speak with confidence, clarity, and respect, with peers and adults.

Game On provides experiential training for classroom teachers to effectively lead the Level Up U program, along with print and digital resources to support classroom implementation.

The Curriculum

Engaging, innovative programming to bring positive behaviors to life

Throughout the Level Up U program, students will participate in a series of dynamic, teacher- and student-led improv exercises aimed at developing and applying key resiliency and leadership skills including character development, personal responsibility, mentorship and citizenship, and critical thinking and problem solving.

Through experiential learning students will learn about empathy, trust, collaboration, goal-setting, and other leadership skills. But more than that, they will get practice in applying these skills, discussing what “good” looks like, and develop a personal plan of action to bring these skills to life in the real world.

Our team of skilled facilitators provide an hands-on learning experience for middle school teachers at all levels through the Level Up U Teacher’s Institute. During this week-long training, teachers will experience:
