Currency On

A message from Manny...
Below is what we like to call “currency” beneath the Coin.
As I’ve shared in a blog recently and through social media posts, we have a wall of images in our office that represent our teammates’ “Coins”. This display has become a great reminder for all of us of the depth of our full-time staff and our team of Expert Facilitators, and what we all value.
In this blog entry, former 1st Sergeant Special Duty Manager, and current President and Founder of Making Time Count, LLC, Manny Piñeiro, gives us a glimpse into his values, and shares some of the currency beneath one of the images he chose..
We are honored to have Manny on our team as a Game On Expert Facilitator, and appreciate the experience, wisdom, and excellence he brings into every room he enters.

Teammates / Leaders,
Throughout my military service, one lesson has remained constant: no meaningful mission is ever accomplished alone.
Success, whether on the battlefield, in the boardroom, or within our communities is built on trust, shared purpose, and the strength of partnerships. The most effective leaders understand that lasting impact comes not from individual achievement, but from the collective commitment of people working toward something greater than themselves.
I was recently honored to participate in Game On Nations innovative “Wall of Coins” experience. Each Coin and accompanying image represented something treasured; an object carrying deep personal significance and a story of purpose.
For me, it was the blue rope on my Campaign Hat. While simple in appearance, it represents much more than a uniform item. It symbolizes trust earned through action, discipline forged through consistency, and a commitment to standards that must be upheld every day. It serves as a reminder that leadership is not a position, it is a responsibility.
I have learned that the strongest organizations are built on the same principles that define successful units: mutual respect, accountability, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve alongside. These values transcend rank, title, and profession. They are the foundation of high-performing teams and enduring partnerships.
As leaders, we all carry symbols that remind us of where we have been and the values that continue to guide us. The blue rope reminds me that our greatest achievements are rarely individual accomplishments. They are the result of trusted relationships, shared sacrifice, and a collective dedication to a mission larger than ourselves.
My sincere thanks to Game On Nation for creating an experience that encourages reflection on the people, values, and partnerships that shape our leadership journey.
Thank you for Making TIME Count!
