As a founding member of game on, Blair has spent the last ten years helping the world’s most recognizable athletes, teams, and corporations, including NASCAR, US Olympic Committee, Ernst & Young, Honda, TIBCO, and ESPNW, to name a few. She is a co-creator of the MILE™ curriculum, an expert on game-based training, and oversees all business operations for game on. Blair resides in Bradenton, FL with her husband and son.
AJ Lee, Ph.D.
A former NCAA Division I gymnast, AJ earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University, specializing in research related to student-athlete engagement. AJ has a diverse array of experience supporting the standards of student-athlete and organizational leadership at the University Level. She currently leads our marketing and digital programming efforts, developing strategies and progressive programs to support our team and client’s needs. AJ resides in Bradenton, FL with her husband.
Leonard is a former NFL player (Bengals, Vikings, Panthers) who has spent the last 15 years creating culture change for elite clients including NASCAR, Hilton, Capital One, MIT, Vanguard, Abbott Labs, USO, NBA, and MasterCard. He is a former board member and finance committee member for the NFL Players Association, as well as a current Regional Director and Ambassador for the NFL. His recently published book, Beyond the Locker Room, is a respected guide for athlete and executive career transitions. Leonard resides in Charlotte, NC
with his wife and daughter.
Erik is a nationally recognized actor, comedian, writer, and producer. He is best known for starring as “Rabbit” in the hit movie Super Troopers (which he co-wrote). Erik has also appeared on Comedy Central, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Six Feet Under, and the remake of Dukes of Hazzard. Born without a fibula, Erik overcame his disability and surprised fans by appearing in the exercise program P90X. Erik resides in Minneapolis, MN with his wife.
Chris is an industry leader in curriculum development and improvisation. His unique talent for using positive humor to inspire change has helped some of the world’s most prestigious athletes and teams, including the Pittsburgh Pirates, NFLPA, University of Alabama Football, and over 50 first round NBA and NFL Draft picks. Chris resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife and two daughters.
Brenna holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama and a BFA from Marymount Manhattan College. She has performed on Broadway in A Time To Kill, at the Peoples Improv Theater, Cherry Lane, and Soho Playhouse. Brenna has spent the past five years as Professor of Acting at the Yale School of Drama Summer Session, and is a full-time coach at the Stella Adler Conservatory. Brenna resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband.
Chris is a former MLB Player (Orioles, White Sox, A’s) who’s best known for hitting for the cycle in his rookie year. He has spent the last nine years as a TV/Radio analyst for ESPN. He is a regular on the national speaking circuit, specializing in faith-based teaching and servant leadership. Chris played baseball and football at the University of Nevada, where he was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2006. Chris resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three children.
Mike is a national leader in communication, leadership development, outreach, and culture change. Raised in Puerto Rico and Tampa, FL, Mike has spent the past 10 years educating and guiding diverse teams toward transformational change. Mike currently serves as the Special Assistant to the General Manager for the Pittsburg Pirates, overseeing all media Spanish language translation and training for the Major League players. Mike lives in Palmetto, FL with his wife and son.
Lynn is a former member of the U.S. Women’s National Water Polo team, competing in the ‘80, ‘84, and ‘88 World Aquatic Championships. She has spent decades leading, educating, and coaching at the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels throughout the world. Lynn has been inducted into several Athletic Hall of Fame’s including the USA Water Polo, Collegiate Water Polo, and Bucknell University. Lynn was an All-American swimmer and water polo player at Slippery Rock University where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Lynn resides in Mishawaka, IN with her husband and has three children currently all in college.
A European native, Benjamin has lived in Brussels, London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Highly intuitive, he has a wealth of diverse experiences, studying Mandarin Chinese, Philosophy, and world religions at the University of London and spending a year in Beijing before moving to New York to pursue an acting career. Ben has performed off-Broadway and on major networks including NBC, ABC, HBO, as well as Comedy Central and USA. He currently serves as a teacher at the French Alliance and the New School in New York City. Ben resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife.
