Concerned Parent (excited, on the phone): How was your day today?
“Normal” Teenager (indifferent, on the phone): Fine.
Concerned Parent: Did you have a good practice?
“Normal” Teenager: Yeah.
Concerned Parent (exhausted): What else did you do today?
“Normal” Teenager (still indifferent): Nothin’.

Body Language: Learn the power of non-verbal communication as you build strong eye contact, confident body language and active facial expressions.
Teamwork: Find your voice in a team environment while learning to lead, follow, and adapt to the various personalities in your group.
Appropriate Humor: Laugh “with” instead of “at” while developing a positive sense of humor that’s appropriate for all ages and all audiences.
Social Confidence: Improve your social interaction by learning to think quickly on your feet and adapt to each new situation through improvisation and role playing.
Conversation Skills: Practice dynamic conversations that transcend one-word answers and/or the obvious sports related topics.
Public Speaking: Speak with ease, flow, and humor while commanding the attention of your audience, whether one-on-one or in front of a group.
